Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we are only shipping to:
- United States
- Mexico

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 USD (where applicable).
Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at Tiana@clothfactory.net.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Hergalore is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Hergalore is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

- Allow a few extra days for unexpected delays.
